«Roleplay»[/b] This means, we don't want to see your character being all god-like and unable to die. We also don't want to see you controlling the any player character's actions, moods, reaction, or feelings. Lastly, don't always be hitting the person or always dodging. These are HUGE no nos.
~Proper Grammar! We desire you to use proper grammar, meaning no chat speak in RP! (First part of the password is; which.) And remember to use spell check all the time before posting! Its there for a reason, so use it, please.
~Killing Others. As far as killing other characters, it is not against the rules unless the player wants it or the plot demands it. Beyond that, killing another player's character is forbidden, so play fair.
~Use Tags. Using tags lets people know what to expect, such as put up a name of a character in your thread title to show its for specific person(s).
~Be Active! Simple enough, right? You join, you apply and than you stick around to do all the wonderful role playing to you're heart desires. If you don't want to stay, than just delete your account, its not that hard. We will have activity checks, other than that, as long as you get on, we're happy.
~Minimum Post! HAH! Tricked you, there is no minimum post, though we would like it if you did more than 200 words per post, but it is not enforced. Simply a recommendation (which you can happily ignore). This is mostly just here to see if you're paying attention. xP[/ul]
«Application»
~Proper Titles! Put the name of your character in the Title Subject, I will not want to see any sort of random bullshit in there besides the character's name! Should appear as First Middle Last name, middle is optional, but they should be capitalized, if the app is not, it will be ignored.
~No Mary Sues! This is an original role play idea, thus your characters must be original too. No characters based on people from books, movies, stories, whatever. I don't want to see a Edward Cullen or anyone from those books/movies running around, just people from the canon list provided.
~Be Detailed. Detail will help us understand your character, doesn't need to be long, but if you can simply give us a better understanding of your character, then we will probably accept you.
~Be Creative! This may be a supernatural role play, but that doesn't mean you can't be creative and come up with completely original ideas. The more creative you are, the happier everyone will be to role play with you. Least, I would happily role play with you! Just remember to hold some realism to your characters.
~Use Real People! I don't want to see any random anime characters. (Second part of the password is; I.) Fact is, I hate anime characters being used for characters, so we're going to go with real people, be they models, actors, or otherwise doesn't matter, just use real peoples. Thank you!
~Application Password There are four parts of the password, three are in the rules and the last is in the plot. Be sure to read both and put the full password on your application! Thank you.
~Unfinished? Due to people simply joining and not doing anything, I am going to give everyone a week to post up their applications. If they do not do this, they will be deleted. Consider this your warning. Also, when you post your application as unfinished, you will have a week to finish it. Consider it how you want, but I don't like people joining and leaving. So pick one or the two. Thank you.[/ul]
«Out of Character»
~RP & OoC Separate. Pretty simple, keep the drama of your life, or your RP, in their own place, don't let the two overflow onto the other. If you want to talk about your OoC problems, do so in the proper board, not the CBox, we don't need it being filled with negativity. Okay? Thanks.
~Respect Everyone! Show respect to everyone, not just the staff. Someone asks you to stop something, you do it. (Third part of the password is; couldn't.) If you don't you will be in trouble with us. It is only proper to make sure EVERYONE is happy and having a good time. Going off and making sure only you are having fun, will get you removed from the site.[/ul]
