Here you can sit back and relax with some out of character chatter by either playing a few games, introducing yourself, or perhaps let us know if you are going away for a while. Either way, no topic of off limits here, as long as you stick to the rules.

Double oak front doors, opening to the west. Large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with ceiling so high it's barely visible. Wide marble staircase opposite the front doors (east wall) leads up to first floor. Double doors to the right (south wall) lead into the Great Hall. On the east wall are two doors, one on either side of the staircase. To the north of the staircase is a door leading down a flight of steps to the first dungeon level.

At the top of the marble staircase from the ground floor is the first floor. The Entrance Hall and Great Hall are several stories tall, so they extend into this floor from below.

The second floor has many abandoned classrooms and even an out of order bathroom. This bathroom has quickly been named for the ghost that haunts it. But even if you desire meet this ghost, it is still out of order!

The third floor is littered with many wonderful items collected upon the wall. In fact, it has the trophy room!! You must go see it and be in awe over all the trophies Hogwarts won. Not only this, there are several classes upon this floor along with the Hospital Wing. Kids are always getting hurt, after all.

Walking up the stairs you reach the fourth floor where you have way too many corridors and here the library is located. Not only this, but you will find several classes, so you best attend them or else...

Walking up the stairs you reach the fifth floor where you find the prefects bathroom, and you will also find the Arithemetic classroom.

Climbing up the stairs you reach the sixth floor, where there are many empty classes where classes haven't been held since ages by now, but you can also find a wonderful bathroom that is almost always empty!

The last and the highest floor of the castle where there is the Gryffindor common room located and where the Divination classroom may be found too.

With Hogwarts being such a large castle, it possesses many towers that loom over the castle, protecting it from harm. The most common towers would be the Owlery, Gryffindor, and Ravenclaw common room towers.

Founded in late 1500s or early 1600s by Mungo Bonham, St. Mungo's Hospital is the primary (and likely only) wizarding hospital in Britain. Located in an abandoned department store in London, the hospital's Healers treat wizards for all sorts of magic-related illnesses and injuries.

Tapping just the right brick in the wall behind the Leaky Cauldron in London ("Three up...two across...") will reveal an archway which is a portal into Diagon Alley, a long cobbled street where is to be found a strange and exciting assortment of shops and restaurants.

Hogsmeade is the only entirely wizarding village in Britain. According to tradition it was founded over a thousand years ago, around the same time as Hogwarts, by Hengist of Woodcroft as he was fleeing persecution by Muggles. It's a picturesque little village of thatched cottages and shops, with enchanted candles hanging in the trees during the holidays.

Houses, homes, villas, and mansions! All the wonders you can ever find for homes reside right here! In fact, if you want your own home, you can PM an admin once you get at least 35 post count! So start role playing and get that up quick!
